Open Day for graduate students at the Technion Physics faculty. Feb. 16 at 9:30.
Interested in doing research in advanced physics and work with leading researchers on cutting-edge science - come and join us, learn about the research, meet our students and faculty, and learn about the excellent conditions for graduate students.
Congratulations to prof. Krasik Yakov who recently been elected to the rank of APS Fellow by the American Physical Society.
Prof. Krasik received this honor for his contributions to the understanding of the physics of plasma cathodes, the generation of high-current electron beams and nanosecond-timescale gaseous discharges, and converging strong shock waves.
Congratulations to prof. Gronau Michael who recently been elected to the rank of APS Fellow by the American Physical Society.
Prof. Gronau received this honor for his incisive contributions regarding tests of the Kobayashi-Maskawa theory of CP violation and searches for new physics in the decays of particles containing heavy quarks.
