Get a Copy of Your Exam:
1. First you need to order a scanned copy of your exam. You can do this on the undergraduate website, under the category: students' services.

2. You will get a list of your latest exams. Click the checkbox of required exam(s) copy (you may check more than one). when done, click the green approval button at the bottom of the page. If your exam is scanned and available, you will get an option to view it online.
Appeal submission:
Please fill in all required data on the appeal form, make a copy for yourself, and put the appeal form with the related scanned exam into the mailbox located next to library entrance in the Physics Lidow building.
You can receive a reply within a week of submitting your appeal, at the library desk: Sunday-Thursday 10:00-14:00
