| Abstract: | Just under 20 year have passed sine the first observation of top quarks at Fermi-lab. By now, the measurements of the top quark properties are well established and the production of top quarks is becoming a tell-tale sign for a verity of processes. In this seminar I will show how the production of top quark pairs can be a source for new discoveries as well as a powerful tool to eliminate simulation based uncertainties. |
