Haldane’s Nobel Prize

Duncan Haldane changed the way we do many-body physics.  I will review ``Haldane’s conjecture’’  which introduced the concepts of  quantum spin liquids, topological phases in condensed matter, and highly entangled ground states. Duncan's theories have seen remarkable experimental relevance which may lead to more Nobel prizes in this area.
