Abstract:

The band structure topology is commonly characterized by the Berry curvature, which leads to exotic surface states and anomalous Hall effect. In this talk, I will introduce our recent works on topology-induced nonlinear phenomena, including the nonlinear anomalous Hall effect[1,2], the photocurrent[3,4,5], and unidirectional magnetoresistance [6,7] etc. Here, the band topology is discussed in a broader context beyond the Berry curvature.
