| תקציר: | A major challenge in quantum simulation, and quantum computation in general, is to solve problems with limited physical hardware. The device must have the ability to coherently control and maintain a large enough Hilbert space for the problem. For superconducting qubits, the typical model for quantum computing and quantum simulations is a chip layout with coupled resonators and qubits of the Transmon type. In principle this architecture can scale. Practically, even medium size circuits of tens of qubits with nearest-neighbor coupling are currently a tremendous challenge. Hence, quantum simulations using small scale systems are a highly active field. We suggest a new platform for quantum simulations that enables to increase the usable Hilbert space with no additional hardware overhead. We show how this platform can be utilized to simulate relativistic quantum effects in multiple dimensions with simple architecture.
