Extremely energetic quasar outflows: HST/COS observations in the rest-frame EUV

For quasar absorption outflows, spectral coverage of the EUV is the only way to probe the very high ionization phase that carries 90% or more of the outflowing material, and obtain the distances of each outflow from the central source. I will describe our findings in our HST observations of 10 such objects.
