Abstract:

Abstract: Recently there has been a considerable progress in understanding microstate counting of asymptotically-AdS
black holes using index computations in the dual CFTs. One of the methods that was crucial for this progress is
so called Bethe Ansatz method which was used to evaluate large-N behvaiour of the superconformal index  of N=4 SYM.
In this talk I will briefly review this method and discuss its generalization to the large class of toric theories.
I will give examples of calculations for T11 theory and infinite class of Ypq theories.
Finally I will argue how our results relate large-N behvaiour of the index with the toric geometry of the underlying theory.
