Where do students and industry representatives meet?
At the Technion Physics Department!
On June 28th 2021 representatives of KLA came to a spotlight event at the department. The representatives met about 50 curious students from our department and from other faculties at the Technion who were introduced to KLA, a leader in process control using advanced inspection tools, metrology systems, and computational analytics, and a key company in the semiconductor industry.
.The company's employees, including Technion graduates in general and Technion-Physics graduates in particular, talked about their fascinating work, challenges, teamwork and conditions at the company, and the students asked lots of questions and were eager to know more. After the official part, the "mingling" began, and the recruitment team went into action. Between refreshments, drinks and fruit, resumes changed hands, new connections were made on LinkedIn and many conversations were made.
