Abstract:Wigner function is quasi-probability distribution, it map between the quantum
density matrix and the real phase-space functions. We construct a version of the discrete Wigner function for any dimension.
SIC-POVM is Special kind of POVM. We construct a version of the discrete Wigner function making use of
SIC-POVM.
