Abstract: | I will present analitical theory of superconductivity of weakly localized electrons ( near Anderson mobility edge) and of the quantum phase transition from this unusual superconductive state to the hard-gap insulator. An issue of many-body localization and energy transport in strongly interacting system will be discussed as well. This talk will based on the results presented in the papers: M.V. Feigel’man, L.B. Ioffe, V.E. Kravtsov, E. Cuevas, Fractal superconductivity near localization threshold, Annals of Physics, 325 (7), 1390-1478 (2010); arXiv:1002.0859. M.V. Feigel’man, L.B. Ioffe, M.
