TYPEColloquium
Speaker:Professor Eric Akkerman
Affiliation:Physics-Technion
Date:10.06.2013
Time:14:30
Location:Lidow Rosen Auditorium (323)
Abstract:The first part of this colloquium will include a review of basic ideas underlying the quantum nature of transport in mesocopic conductors.
Then, these ideas will be applied to the understanding of quantum noise. Recent proposals to characterize out of equilibrium quantum
systems using Ramsey interferences will be presented and applied to recent measurements.
