Omri Katz and Ariel Westfried, bachelor's students in our faculty and devout volunteers at the Israeli Astronomical Society, have initiated the installation of a meteor camera (a meteor is a trail formed from interstellar material once it enters the Earth's atmosphere). The Technion camera is part of an international meteor camera network that started working about two years ago.
