Abstract: | Dark matter makes up a quarter of the Universe, but it cannot be any of the known particles. Dark matter is now a leading motivation to look for new particles, and the search has gone into high gear with spectacular progress in dedicated searches, as well as the start of the LHC. I will describe the interplay of dark matter searches and particle colliders, the current status and upcoming prospects, and also some more speculative ideas of what the future may bring. |
